Your role
Approve the launch plan and annual topics, forward or co-brand the monthly emails, and promote webinars in your usual channels. Pathwise provides turnkey timelines and materials, and prepares the content and reminders.
Launch materials
An HR leadership announcement, an employee launch announcement, a reminder for employees who haven’t started and an intranet or newsletter blurb, plus the employee flyer and Welcome Guide.
Before you send
Keep employees’ participation voluntary and confidential. Each employer gets its own SAGE link; Pathwise confirms it and the booking link with you.
On or off enrollment
The assessment can be built into your benefit administration system, so employees can begin it during or outside enrollment.
Year-round engagement
A year of financial wellness, one topic at a time.
Every month follows the same rhythm, so HR always knows what is coming and employees have a reason to come back. Topics for the year ahead are proposed each November for your approval.
Every month
Before the month

25%

Reporting & data
What HR sees.
You receive confidential, group-level data only, never employees’ personal information. The Pathwise data team compiles it and reviews it with HR and your benefit consultant. The first data report is 90 days after launch.
Use it to measure success, shape education around the group’s top concerns and plan the year ahead.
See a walkthrough of an example group report (4:30).
Participation
Assessments completed, 1:1 meetings booked and webinar attendance.
Who is engaging
Respondent demographics such as age and income ranges.
Top concerns
The financial topics employees rank highest, such as retirement planning.
Life events
Changes employees report, like a new job, a new child, marriage or nearing retirement.
Scores & trends
A group financial wellbeing score, tracked over time and by site.
Next steps
